Payment is upfront
I accept payment via PayPal, in EUR or USD.

I have the right to turn a commission down without having to explain why
Although I most likely will.

I have the right to stop/cancel a commission if communication issues occur 
Such as rude/inappropriate behavior, language barrier, and if any other term of service listed here is violated. 

I will refund the whole commission payment or part of it if problems occur on either part, according to the state of the commission. For example, if I already lined the drawing, I will refund the whole payment minus the amount I’d normally charge for a lined drawing.

Pieces might take some time depending on how busy my schedule is
I will send frequent WIPs and updates and inform the client when I will be finished.
I will charge extra for deadlines, usually 50% of the overall price of any piece.
